Bare Yoga Method is a gentle, flowing practice rooted in yoga and inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. The method is built around five main elements, with components carefully sequenced and varied to create a structured cycle that supports balance, recovery, and vitality. Movements stay within the body's natural range, engaging the whole body while fostering awareness and connection. With continued practice, the experience deepens as the movements become familiar, allowing mindfulness and presence to grow.

Each Bare Yoga Method session lasts about 20 minutes and is designed as a compact, holistic practice that's easy to integrate into daily life. The focus is on experience, enjoyment, and connection with the body rather than goal-oriented performance. Movements flow freely, sometimes resembling dance, allowing the body to release tension while supporting relaxation and a sense of well-being. The practice is easy to start — All you need is a space the size of a yoga mat.
