BARE YOGA METHOD
First you root deeply and quietly. Then you advance naturally and attractively.

The method consists of components whose sequence and variation have been carefully designed. With continued practice, it develops into a more mindful experience as the movements become familiar and deepen. Drawing from yoga and Chinese medicine, the method is built around five main elements. On a weekly level, the emphasis between the elements may vary, but the overall structure always revolves around them.

One method practice lasts about 30 minutes. It is designed as a compact session that is still holistic and developmental. Time-efficient and easy to integrate into daily life, the method is simple to start — you don't have to choose from hundreds of options, and all you need is a space the size of a yoga mat.
