bareyogamethod.fi provides registered users with online yoga content, including video recordings and written/visual supplementary materials. The service is intended for personal, private use only. BYM Club memberships for consumer customers are ongoing, with the first cancellation period being three months from the start of membership.

3. Right to Use

By registering, the user enters into a binding agreement with Bare Yoga Method in accordance with these Terms. These Terms apply throughout the duration of service use.

The service is intended for consumers, and nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

BYM Club membership and class recordings are for personal use only. Resale or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

4. Copyrights

All videos, images, texts, sounds, and other content on bareyogamethod.fi are protected under Finnish Copyright Act (404/1961).

Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for private use only.

5. Prohibited Use and Misuse

Copying, downloading, sharing, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial use of content without prior written consent from Bare Yoga Method is prohibited.

Sharing login credentials or content with third parties is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under the Copyright Act and the Criminal Code (39/1889, Chapter 49).

6. Disclaimer and Training at Your Own Risk

Participation in online yoga classes or use of digital content is at your own risk.

Yoga practice does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or professional advice. If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or experience pain/discomfort, consult a healthcare professional before practicing.

You are responsible for your own body and limits. Exercises must be performed mindfully, and practice should be paused if necessary.

Bare Yoga Method is not liable for injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from practice or following instructions remotely, except as required by mandatory law. Liability is not limited for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence under the Finnish Tort Liability Act (412/1974).

All videos, texts, and branding are the intellectual property of Bare Yoga Method or its partners.

8. Service Availability

Bare Yoga Method strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous or error-free access. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Bare Yoga Method is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bare Yoga Method is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, except as required by mandatory law. Liability is not limited for intentional or grossly negligent acts.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board or competent courts.

11. Amendments

Bare Yoga Method reserves the right to limit or terminate user access without notice if Terms are violated or the service is used unlawfully or against good practice.

13. Final Provisions

By making a purchase on bareyogamethod.fi, the user confirms awareness of the Privacy Policy and accepts it fully.
